A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Before we begin.
What should I provide for an initial discussion?
The project address, a brief scope, your target schedule and any available floor plans or existing electrical drawings are a useful starting point. We can help identify what else is needed.
Can you work with an existing building?
Yes. Existing-system assessments and renovation design can help establish the electrical considerations for a tenant improvement or building modification.
Do you coordinate with other consultants?
Yes. Quantical works with architects, interior designers, mechanical consultants, contractors and owners to coordinate the electrical scope.
How are services and fees established?
We discuss the project and agree on the scope and fee arrangement before work begins. Site reviews, witnessing and integrated systems testing are defined according to the project’s needs.
